Each bath soak comes in a 7 oz glass jar and includes the following ingredients:

Epsom salt, pink himalayan sea salt, oats, milk powder, honey powder, coconut oil, shea butter, sunflower seed oil, almond oil, essential oils of rose, lavender, chamomile, eucalyptus, spearmint, dried rose petals, lavender buds, Calendula, and chamomile flowers.

Milk and oats help to nourish skin, promote healing and lock in moisture.

How to use bath soak - pour 2 to 3 ounces of bath salts into muslin bag(included) and tie bag securely. Toss into warm bath and enjoy a relaxing soak! Bag prevents leaving a mess behind in your tub and can be reused.
