Grandma's Vintage Pincushion

This pincushion was made by my husband's late grandmother who was an avid crafter and seamstress. She made pincushions from various vintage pieces including women's shoes, boots, and ceramic planters and sold them at craft fairs for years. 

This pincushion is made from an old, woman's shoe and is elaborately adorned with various vintage sewing notions. 

Please know that this shoe along with the sewing notions are vintage and show signs of age and wear. 

Pincushion measures approximately 10 inches long from heel to tip and 7 inches tall including the sewing notions decorating it. 

This pincushion would make the perfect addition to a sewing room and can be used as an actual pincushion or as decor.
