If your tallow arrives melted, please try the following:

Empty contents of jar in separate bowl. Wipe clean jar. Wait until it comes to room temp(place in refrigerator to quicken if you like). Whip contents using whisk by hand or with electric mixer until fluffy. Use spatula or piping bag to fill back in jar.
